Refilling Test. script...even tho Dr knows I'm off TRT

Here's the deal. I used to be on TRT, but no longer am. I still have half a bottle of Test C from a while ago, and 2 refills on the prescription where I just call it in myself. Is there anyway of the Dr finding out or me getting in trouble if I refill it even tho the Dr knows Im off ?

Im hoping to run a 12 week Test C cycle..
