Refeed ideas?

Id like to know what you all refeed on...
I have to keep in mind that the foods/meals must be: low to zero fat, high carbs.
Ive been keeping my carbs low (except in PWO meals) then having a refeed (3-6 hours) once a week.

So far I've heard;
Bagels
Cereal
FF ice cream
No pudge brownies ff
FF cool whip, ff/sf jello pudding
Oats
Bread
Pasta

Most of these things I don't care for, I have a huge sweet tooth but I don't plan on going crazy with sugar.
My normal daily caloric intake is approx 11-1400 168g protein, 100g carbs. So how many calories/carbs should I incorporate during a refeed? I'm thinking about trying to get 400 carbs in...but thats going on the research I did.
