Reduction PM Question

Whats up guys..

I'm using reduction PM 2 pills a night and had a concern, I have difficulty falling asleep this isn't strong enough for me, so can I increase to 3 pills or take it in conjunction with another sleep aid even though the instructions clearly says not to. Please leave feedback.

do not increase to 3. I asked a Rep and he also clearly told me it was big no no. Secondly Reduction Pm does not help you go to sleep rather enhance your sleep (while sleeping).

Yeah I had a great deep sleep when using this so can't complain.
