I found REDuction AM a little potent, personally. It gave my great energy, but I was slightly stimmed out from it. Took it first thing AM. So it definitely gives energy. I can't say I noticed body heat or appetite suppression, however. Perhaps that's to be expected from a single dose... For the price, it's a nice pick me up, if you can handle a decent amount of stims and like these ingredients.
