I'm a fan of it. It's definitely loaded and a heavy hitter. I'm a fan of the GABA/Theanine combo in general and have them in bulk for when I don't use Fade Out.
I'll say though, sleep hygiene is more important. It's a supplement...so it should be used to supplement alongside good sleep hygiene. Not replace it.
