I went to donate blood today, got put on a cant donate list...
Yup cause i lived in italy when i was 3to5 i cant donate blood..
I had been planning on it cause im on TrT and donating blood reduces the risk of clots and other side effects associated with TRT..
Any idea of other options i have?
I assume im in a data base now, and cant go back and not tell them this time i lived there..

If you're on TRT your doctor will do it for you

Oh he will? Not a blood test but actually take blood like they do at a donation site?

Your doctor will have to write a script for you to have a "therapeutic phlebotomy". This is only if you have high hematocrit that can happen with TRT. This high hematocrit is a serious condition that can lead to stroke. Have you had yours tested?
