Red blood cells

Just been to see my doctor to check on blood test, and said my red blood cell count is high. He has said to cut back on useage,
l take twice a week 150mg Deca and 250mg test e would like to no what would be a good doseage to keep using. The doctor wants
me to only take 250mg every 3 weeks. Thanks
 
Go donate blood to a blood bank or get yourself a needle a donate some blood to the bath tub. lol Make sure you're being sanitary and don't "donate" too much! I'm kidding about that last part... Kinda. Your health is priority number 1 though so if your gonna keep using your gonna have to donate.
