Recreate + ephedrine ok?

so im putting in my order on the six pack stack (fckin awesome deal btw usp) tonight and had a quick question. what do you think about adding 25mg of ephedrine with a dose of Recreate? now im not sure how much caffeine is in 1 cap but i think i read somewhere that it was 200mg, or was it 200mg per 2 caps? hopefully someone can clarify it but how would you feel about that? yay or nay? currently my main goal is to lose BODYFAT while preserving any and every ounce of muscle that i have. gaining muscle isnt an issue right now but sparing is a must, as i know its very hard to gain muscle without carbs, at least for me. ephedrine is known to be anti-catabolic as well. yes i could just order an alternative to ephedrine like adrenalean or x-force but honestly, ephedrines just dirt cheap and works so fckin good. and whats funny is that i dont get the crashes or jitters everyone talks about. what i get is just an insane surge of euphoric energy that is like no other. i've only ran ephedrine once and that was Bronkaid. The ephedrine that i'd be getting comes in 8mg tabs, even easier to dose if you feel 25mg is too much. and one more question, this is how i plan to use AP on this cut. i've never tried AP so i have no clue what to expect but since im cutting im thinking of only having 2 carb meals per day, 1st meal (breakfast) and PWO meal. how do you feel about that? all together ~130g/day. and finally, sorry about the long read, but would it be ok to go 5 days on 2 days off with Recreate or can it be taken on non-workout days? im guessing just do 1dose on those days? it says that it should be taken for a minimum of 60 days but im only getting a 1 month supply, would i still see some pretty good results? btw im pretty sure im going to order Bulk SuperCissus Rx as well, cant pass up on that price. i know i really should order 2 orders of the Six Pack Stack but fck, moneys tight. again sorry for the long read, but your help is greatly appreciated. just trying to tweak this as best as i can. btw this is my diet line-up for this cut.

65F/30P/5C on a 3000 cal diet (obviously will be changing the ratios around when i get AP). i workout 5x a day and do cardio 5x a day for at least 30 minutes. i hit every muscle group once a week (also looking into changing my training routine on this cut, dunno what, but i know that im going to incorporate AT LEAST 2 compound lifts each day)

in a days workout im sure i burn a good 450-500+ cals. i know this because even on maintenance cals i am get hungry literally every 2 hours. i can't even describe how much my metabolism has skyrocketed in the past 2 years. im 6'1"-2" currently 185lb with about 14-15%BF (last time i checked) so you can see why preserving muscle is a must for me and losing BF is the goal. thats all the questions i have, your help is greatly appreciated. cheers.
 
damn, just did a search on Recreate to browse through reviews and turns out someone already asked if ephedrine would be ok. mulletsoldier gave a pretty good explanation and i say fck it. even though i'm sure the energy would be through the roof, i want to gauge Recreate's effects, plus the cortisol interference alone shys me away, which is the main reason why i want to try Recreate, because it's not a jacked-up stim. so slash the Recreate + eph. question out. but the rest of my post still stands.

btw speaking of cortisol, is it an issue with Recreate? which is the reason why i ask about the 5 days on 2 days off routine, that and i dont want to build a tolerance so easily.
 
uuuuggggggggghhhhhh fckin A, as i am literally checking out my cart on nutra, it says that the six pack stack is SOLD OUT!!! wtffff, jacob do you think we can get one more restock before the 11th?!?! i'll be damned if i miss this and everyone else gets a piece lol. i had it right there!!!
