recreate at 4 pills a day??

hey guys!!
im currently 7 weeks out from my figure show and im taking 2 recreate in the am and 1 in the afternoon.i was
just wondering if it would be safe for me to take two recreate in the am and 2 in the afternoon. i know some of the men are taking 4 a day but i wasnt sure if as a woman this would be safe to do.

Renee,

As you know USPLabs recommends that women use a lower dosage. However, I do not think that bumping the dosage up to 4 pills per day from 3 pills per day will have any adverse effects. However, pay attention to how you feel and if necessary, decrease dosage back to 3 pills per day.
