Recreate and AP

I have 2 bottles of each and just wondering on your guys recommendations for this stack.

The directions on the bottle work best. If you want, we can look over your diet and schedule to make sure that the supplements are being used at the best time.

sounds good. so just the directions on it? well i lift mostly in the morning wit no pre w.o meal.

You need to have a meal before you lift weights. These are the nutrients that you will use for energy and protein synthesis. All the pros and best bbers know to have a pre-workout meal. Yes follow the directions on the bottle but make the necessary changes to your schedule as these are much more important than any supplement.

well see sometimes i work nights and sometimes i dont. When i work nights i wake up at 230 and go work out then get ready for work at 6pm. How long do i have to wait after a meal before i hit da gym?

I have had clients that can tolerate as little as 30 minutes between food consumption and training. Depending on my intake, i usually wait 60-90 minutes between food consumption and training.

This may help you as well...

well imma post up my schedule is like. Im in the military and i work shifts of 12hrs. If im working nights, I will work from 6pm to 6am. I would love to work out after the shift but im to tired too. So i wake up around 230-300 hit the gym around 330 400 when i get done with everything i will be ready for work at 530. When i work days I work after my shift and that is when i can usually get in a pre wo meal. It just hard to get a meal with i just wake up and have like only 3 hrs til i go to work. any suggestions? like protien shake with oats? or how should i do this.. any suggestions will be appreciated.

Perfect self-suggestion.

A perfect meal could be a 50/50 blend of Whey and Casein Isolate powders with some oats and even some EVOO/Nuts or Heavy cream depending on your goals.

now when you sat oats you mean like oatmeal? just throw them in there? or is there like a special type i should buy.

There are a few different ways to achive this:
  • Mix whole "Old Fashioned" Oats into shake
  • Grind oats in coffee grinder
  • Grind oats in blender with protein
  • Eat oatmeal seperate mixing some fruit, cinnamon or other foods into to get a better taste.

I am sure there are other ways to eat this meal but these are the ones i can think of.

ok...now how much would i eat...im really trying to get into a good diet but its hard with my military schedule.

This varies as well.
I usually do ~30g Whey, ~30g Casein, 1/2c Oats, 1/2c Granola as my pre-workout meal. The granola can be swapped with a piece of fruit if needed or desired.
