Gentlemen,


Currently looking for help on job specific training. Workouts in the morning are usually of the crossfit variety 5x week. Additionally I workout 5x afternoons per week on strength based programs (5/3/1 & starting strength). My joints are taking a beating and I am sore all the time. My goals are bw x 200% dead lift (done), bw x 200% back squat (done), bw x 150% bench (15 lbs short), bw x 150% front squat (5 lbs short), 25 dead hang pull-ups (19), and run 3 miles x 18 minutes (1915).

Only cycle ever was two plus years back when I could afford bulk. Test e/ deca.

Looking for increased recovery and endurance. EQ has been recommended as well as Var. please give me your thoughts.

No cycle is needed for that just more rest and food will net you those lifting goals. For the running, run further to increase endurance and get stronger to become faster. Your answer doesn't lye in a vial. It will come with hard work and time. So there's no need for you to use steroids. If you want a endurance boost look into sarms. They are relatively mild compared to steroids and will greatly improve endurance and may give you a little strength boost.
