If you're bulking, you could just make your own. Add peanut butter, fruit, oats and whatever else you can think of to a couple of scoops of whey and you got yourself a weight gainer.

staples of mine:
instant oats grinded
whey casien mix or sustained release protein
all natural PB
mac nut oil
maybe some kinda fruit like banana, strawberry, blueberries, etc...
bets the crap they sell over the counter.
I think if you eat a good foods you get all your BCAAs so unless u workout early in the am its not really needed.

I hear Powerfull, IGF2, Prime, Stoke + Testofen, AP, Glycobol... all that stuff helps with recover also, but it can be pretty $$$$
