Laura,

I understand you are very busy. But I am getting the feeling we are getting the run around in regards to the recovery product. Many of us have received nothing (recovery product) yet. You have told us they have shipped twice. Once was an error I believe. Some got samples. Since then you have not offered any updates. Please do not take this post the wrong way. I have posted a few time in the original thread about the delay. Just wanted to know what up with the new product. Thank you for your understanding.

You are pretty much complaining about not getting something you did nothing to earn. You didn't get a free product so really, why bother posting?

Agreed. A thread soley calling Laura to take time away from her responsibilities to explain a delay on a free product seems kinda pointless (and uncalled for) in my opinion.
