recovery - my apologies

My apologies to those I offended. All I wanted to know is what was going on. I wasn't asking for anything free. Just the chance to preview a upcoming product. Laura asked for testers and I responded and was choosen.
I stated in my post that this was not done in a mean way or with malice.

Laura please let me know if anything I posted offended you?
 
Hey - no offense at all - this is a business, first and foremost.

I actually owe YOU an apology for not following up on what is happening with the Recovery Product Test. I, in error, thought that we were ready to test and I solicited new testers.....well, they are not ready and I goofed. To make small amends, I did send SOME of the testers some of the 'newer' products already marketed.

The recovery product is not ready for evaluation as the labeling is not APPROVED.....this is the delay and I sincerely apologize for this delay and I should not have jumped the gun.

I promise not to do this again and I WILL SEND AS SOON AS READY TO EVERYONE THAT responded so quickly and enthusiastically.
