Recovering after GI illness

After having a pretty good streak of progress at the gym, unfortunately it's come to a screeching halt due to the stomach flu. I've had to take almost a week off due to needing to recover. 😩

Curious what y'all do to get back on track with your diets, and what adjustments you've made that have improved your health after GI issues.
 
My diet is already pretty dialed in, so I don't adjust much there, but I will increase the number of probiotic supplements that I take (1 pill/day --> 2 pills/day). I ease back on training, depending on how bad it is and let it run its course. Stay hydrated and don't add stress on top of it.
