Reconstituting HGH

what's up guys I got a question that I need help solving.

I just got 1000iu worth HGH powder. I though that it was ready for use but, the problem is I don't know how to reconstitute it. The hgh comes in vials of 10iu. I would like to take 4iu, 5 days on 2 off. Problem is I've never done this before and I got discalculia on top of that so I'm kinda afraid of messing the math up.

Help me out fellas how do I do this. What do you guys recommend mixing it with?
 
I think it's only to add 1000iu's of BAC water but I'm not 100% sure.

Your numbers are all screwy. If I'm not mistaken it is usually sold in 5,000 or 10,000IU bottles. It can be mixed to different concentrations with BAC water. Didn't it come with directions?

How much Bac water would I mix with to reconstitute 10iu of hgh powder?
 
My HCG comes in 10,000IU vials. It also comes with a vial of 10ml water to mix with. I inject 250IU every other day.
