Yep the dreams for me are not just crazy vivid dreams, just steady every night here lately. For me personally this doesn't allow me to be as rested. But I can't says it's the Alphamax yet, but it's been very common this week.

Now EpiAndro makes me have CRAZY vivid dreams to where I wake up in cold sweat's. So these dreams are very manageable.

You may not get epic dreams, but sleep will be better. ZMA and L-Dopa will do that. Once you've been using it for a while and you start feeling the effects of the ashwagandha, sleep will be even better
That's cool bc I tend to wake up 2-3x a night!

Deep sleep, but dreaming. So it counteracts one another.
Good to hear it's treating you well so far. Hope you notice some of the other benefits I have felt before long.

176.7 lbs on the scales this AM.

Worked Chest/Bi's today. Everything felt great & added some weight to my incline bench.

That's my kind of meal prep. I cringe when I see people cooking chicken in microwave lmao. Makes me want to vomit.

Grill, smoker, or crockpot.

Crushed legs & lower back tonight, feeling it too! Nice to know the strength gain on deads last week stuck, hit the same weight 4 reps again. Going to try & add another 10lbs next week if I feel up to it.

Now I'm about to eat me a leg quarter, maybe two & some rice :)

I want to hear B Man's response, but I figured I'd let you know my thoughts as well. I just finished up a 4 week run of Alphamax XT while cutting and had excellent results. I was eating a 200-300 cal deficit and was able to maintain all my currently lifts, while making some small progression in front squats and OHP. I really felt that Alphamax gave me the ability to recover better and it gave me a serious libido boost. I've been cutting for a few months now and I didn't really notice how poor my recovery and libido had been. Alphamax XT really kicked things up a notch for me and I felt significantly less stressed while using it during a cut.

I don't see how it couldn't help. Of course the type of diet you do can influence anything, for instance when I carb cycle my mood, focus, & aggression becomes crap & this has seemed to help those three things for me. Different scenario in my case, but if it can help these things for me while my hormones are trying to get to homeostasis again I would think it would show a difference on a cut. Maybe stack with Xgels, that's what I will be doing next time.

Its not recommended to increase the dose, and it really isn't necessary. Alphamax XT is dosed sufficiently at 4 caps per day, so adding more wouldn't be beneficial. More is not always better

Hit Chest/Bi's today, felt great too so I finished out chest tonight with a set of reverse pyramids. That always get the blood flowing with a crazy pump to finish.

Legs/Lower back today. Work has been hell, & my diet has suffered last two days. Still eating clean but I was short on my Cals mostly from carbs & I could tell in my endurance. Even with this I added 10lbs more to my Deadlifts for my last 4 reps, 335x4. Things are going good, really liking things so far!

Figured I would celebrate today's workout with this, & yeah I'm going to wrap that toast around a piece of that 24oz Sirloin!

Another workout down, Tri's/Upperback. Definitely noticing I'm getting more vascular in my arms & starting to see the veins on my shoulders & upper chest after a workout. Nothing drastic, but easily noticeable. So things are going great.

Guess I've been to caught up with life to realize I was running out of my AM XT, thought I was 4 weeks in but the bottle still rattled so I kept going. Anyhow I finished yesterday, so I will be getting a full personal review up along with the rest of my lifts in the next day or two.

Well my 4 week run has come to an end. I decided not to run it another 4 weeks so I can prep for a 6 week Recomp on a PH I've had for awhile. But, just to sum up how much I liked it, I did order 2 bottles to run for 8 weeks following my cycle to help the boys get a jump start and running again.

My personal opinion

Pros-
More focused
Slight aggression working out
Mood was great
Lower stress
Increased libido

Cons-
Dreams & they got more vivid & intense all they way through

Those are all things I noticed while on Alphamax XT. I did not notice any joint pain from the AI's used in XT like some complained about in the original Alphamax I believe. Strength increased on some lifts and maintained on others which is a big plus, and I noticed some leaning out during my 4 week run. Diet is of course the most important key to that, but I do believe it helped keep my cortisol lowered or atleast at normal levels. All in all I really enjoyed these 4 weeks and think the product is great and has done exactly what I wanted following my PCT.

Great log in here man! Thank you for running AlphaMax. Your training definitely contributed to the gains and it seems like Alphamax gave you extra push to hit those numbers resulting in even more gains.

I am about 3-weeks in, and definitely remember WAY more dreams.... I kind of like it, but it is an unusual side effect from a supplement.

Most do seem to sleep better and don't mind the dreams, me personally I always feel exhausted like my mind nor body never shut down so my sleep quality is worse. But I can definitely live with it for all the advantages I felt on it.
