Recomp Cycle Possibilities? Need Input

So summer is coming up and I'm not the size I'd hope to be, or lean as I'd hope, or as strong. So it looks like I need to recomp! I plan to start this cycle in 1 month or so, and in the meantime cut up to that time. I have ran H-drol and got literally maybe 3 pounds from it for 5 weeks on. total bs. So this cycle I need to make worth my while and be happy and content with my results.

Hopefully start the cycle at 157ish - 10% bf a month from now.

My cycle goals are

7% bf

Squat 350 (DGAF)
Deadlift 475

Here are my two suggested layouts:

Option 1 (Preferred cause of no needles)
Trenavar + Epi

Tren 60/60/90/90/90/90
Epi 20/20/30/30/40?/40?
(Basic staple supports included obviously)

Pct:
Clomid 50/50/25/25
DAA: 3g each day
Erase: recommend dosage until finish starting in week 3

Option 2:
Test e + SD? + Tren

Test: 10 weeks at 600 mg each week ( 2 or 3 doses spaced a week)
SD??: weeks 1-3 to kickstart at 20 mg each day ( dont know if i should add this)
Trenavar: weeks 5-10 at 60/60/90/90/90/90

Cycle supports: Basic staple supplements

AI on hand

Pct:
Clomid 50/50/25/25
DAA: 3g each day
Erase: recommend dosage until finish starting in week 3
(Add another OTC Test Boost?)

Sooooo for the questions
- For option 1 should I add in dermacrine as a Test Base?
- Not so sure about cycle support on Option 2.. keep the same as option 1?
- Can I make my desired gains with Option 1?

How many years have you been training and what is your diet like? No offense but it seems to me like you could still make plently of gains natty. That being said I would go with option one but include a 'test' base.
 
What's ur diet and training like ? Me personally like option 1 But would go no higher then 30mg a day with the epi and would drop trenavar for some furazan. ur recomp will only be as good as ur diet and training routine.
 
Age? The Tren and Epi combo is fascinating...and if it is not your first cycle I can say this would be the best for a perfect Recomp with MASSIVE strength gains, however it is not for the weak :D!

Then PCT hard, if you do not know how to, do your reading :p. Another option to not bridge then you can do:

I would recommend keeping bulk 6-bromo powder on hand in case you need an AI on cycle for the tren (if sides are there) dose Inhibit-P 1 am and 1 pm throughout ALL the cycle and also use CEL Cycle Assist. For PCT Arachidonic Acid is magnificent and we have Xgels at the most solid price for quality and filler-free Arachidonic acid in the market :D! Good luck!

(BTW: I am assuming you are over age...that you know HOW to train for strength, a proper program like westside or cube method, and have proper knowledge about your dieting and body constitution...if not...please DO NOT CYCLE and wait until you have all this experience/knowledge)
 
Ostarine inPCT could be useful, or even in the cycle as it pretty much specialises in recomp
