recommended time for taking liquid nolvadex ?

Hey real quick i'm looking for the proper time that you should take liquid nolvadex, i'm assuming at night before bed, does anyone have any advice when it's best taking ? I'm running it along side my SD / PP cycle to get rid of some possible gyno sides that i might have. I think i noticed a small lump underneath my right nipple, better safe than sorry. Any advice is greatly appreciated !

If your nipples aren't puffy,itchy or sore to the touch don't sweat it.

With nolva's long half life it won't matter. Also 10mg ED should do the trick while on.

I take mine before bed only because I used to get headaches shortly after taking.
