Members,
My first cycle will be a five week H-Drol cycle.
50/50/50/75/75.
I brought in a variety of serms which include Clomid, Nolva and Toremifene for this and future cycles.
Im thinking Clomid alone for this milder PH
50/25/25/25 post cycle.
From the research I have done on our forum, This seems to be a safe (relatively speaking) and effective first cycle.
My concerns of coarse, like most every guy on this forum,
Maintaining Gains
NO GYNO!!
protect the liver
keep the hair
get those testes hopping again!
(not nessesarily in that order! lol)
Could I get some recommendations with regards to
cycle support, post cycle support, estrogen blockers, liver protection and test boosters. I realize this information is in the forum, but there is so much info and varing opinions that it makes it a bit challenging to piece it together for my particular requirements. I guess that I just want to make sure that all my bases are covered with regards to minimizing sides. Please note that I am47 years old and have been lifting naturally for many years. You can assume that my nutrition and training are dialed in.
