I am looking for something to help boost recovery time and strength gains.
I am a Crossfitter and also a SS guy. I eat a Paleo diet + Myofusion shakes. I also take Amino acid tabs, a preworkout like jacked3d or assault. Fish oil. Vitamin D. any suggestions?
i am open to prohormones, steroids, etc. Just dont want to put on a lot of mass and water weight. Thanks
