Recommendations for Balancing All Elevated Sex Hormones?

Hi guys - I need some help! Quick background here: Been weight lifting since a young age, many people think I'm show-ready or on some sort of anabolic stack - very low body fat, high muscle mass and vascularity. I've never used any anabolics or other supplements for hormonal effect, however am constantly taking fast-acting insulin (via pump) for type-1 diabetes. My free/total T has always been "high", but so have estrogen and other hormones. In fact, my estrogen is higher than it's ever been, but so are DHT, SHBG, prolactin.. I don't know where to start in terms of supplementation, or what to address first, for getting everything balanced. More importantly, I really don't know what the cause is. The intermittent extreme fatigue, consistent ED/low libido, mood swings, etc is a bit much to handle lately. Values with reference ranges (I have other panels as well, but these seem most relevant):

SHBG: 61 nmol/L (10-50)
Prolactin: 18 ng/mL (2-18)
IGF 1, LC/MS: 103 ng/mL (55-331)
Estrogen, total: 288 pg/mL (60-190)
DHT: 90 ng/dL (12-65)
Testosterone, free: 151.5 pg/mL (35-155)
Testosterone, total: 1106 ng/dL (250-1100)
Vitamin D: 86 ng/mL (30-100)

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it. Endo has been fairly useless.

Estrogen is high, that can be the cause for being tired, low libido and mood swings, I would try to bring that down and control it. Start with some natural supplements, I’m not so up to date on those but I think @Renew1 have some he can recommend from Apex.

there are a few things to take that can help normalise hormonal out put. APEX arimahex is really a great product for leveling out hormones as is Resveros. Another exceptional herb would be ashwaganda or better yet KSM-66 which is the trademarked version.

Sounds very promising, I'll check those out. Thank you for the help. Is it ideal to stick with only one of those choices - or could I stack, say, Resveros and Ashwaganda? Any idea for effective ashwaganda dosage (coming up on some sources suggesting 1.5-3g spread throughout the day)?

Have you gone throgh these results with a doctor?

Some otc AI's / estrogen moduling products that mihght be worth a try; Iron Legion Virtus, Apex Arimahex, SNS Inhibit-E, BLR Letrone, Brawn Anti-E complete, Iconic's Sustain Alpha, Apex Resveros, Apex Eclipse, if it's already availabe. Basic Arimistane can lower leves a bit, but I'd use something stronger and more reliable in this case

Out of the ones I'vre tried, Virtus seemed to be strongest. Haven't tried all of them. If not wanting to rely on the otc supps, which I wouldn't in this case and have least a real AI on hand. Aromasin/Exemestane is a popular choice, dute lipid friendlyness when it comes to AI's + it's a sc. suicidial/irreversible AI. Meaning that discontiuning the Exem use, you're in a lower change of developpong rebuond estro sides, like you would be with dinscontinuing Letrozole or Arimidex.

This is good advice. I would speak to a specialist first. Usually there are Underlying causes for hormonal changes and it would be better to manage the problem and not just the symptoms.

You maintain those levels naturally?

What is your age?

Yes, these levels are all maintained naturally - from as far back as I can recall getting decent lab work, there has always been a trend towards higher T/FT, DHT, SHBG, prolactin, and estrogen... but this is the highest estrogen has been. I'm 36.

So to @KvanH and @cheftepesh1's points, I'm waiting for another consult with my doc given recent results, however I need other interpretations because all docs I've seen in the past years can only speculate as to cause. I'm tired of feeling off and need to get ahead of this.

Anyway, I started Ashwagandha (2g spread through the day) and have Resveros coming today to at least get things stabilized somewhat.
