Hey - I have been collecting whey recipes from some customers.......anyone want to try some....let me know what you think. I know that they are simple, but I would appreciate your thoughts.

ALL NEED TO BE BLENDED ON HIGH FOR 60 Seconds.

Tropical Treat - Combine 1 cup of papaya juice, 1/3 cup of diced pineapple, 1/2 banana, one serving of vanilla ATW, and 4 ice cubes.

Quick Wake Up - Mix 3 oz of OJ, 1/2 cup of plain fat free yogurt, one whole banana, i tblespoon of flax seed oil, 4 strawberries, 2 peach slices, one serving of vanilla ATW.

Not Just Coffee, anymore - Combine one serving of vanilla ATW, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 packet artificial sweetener, 1 teaspoon of instant coffee, 1/4 teaspoon of coconut extract, 8 oz of cold water.

Old Fashioned Cooler - Combine 1 serving of vanilla ATW, 8 oz of diet ginger ale and 3 ice cubes.

Chocolate Fizzy - Combine 1 serving of Choc ATW, 4 oz of club soda.


AND BEFORE I start getting emails telling me that you don't have vanilla extract, etc........go ask the good looking neighbor woman that you have been jonesing to meet!!!!!!!!:type:

I have a good looking neighbor woman? Where? She must be hiding from me!!

I'm thinking that the "quick wake up" should have 25mg ephedrine, 600mg Gluguronolactone and 200mg caffeine just so that it really wakes you up :rofl: :rofl:
 
I have a true weight gainer/MRP for yo asses.

2 cups of milk
2 scoops of chocolate whey
1/2 cup of oats
2 tbs of natural PB
1 banana
some ice
blend until chunks of ice are no more

Nutrient profile isn't exact, but is pretty close
1000 calories
75 grams of protein
90 grams of carbs
40 grams of fat

I'd post some of my stuff but they all include BSL's flavorings. So I'll hold off until ATW comes out with their's :D

I use the same one , but i use 1 cup oats and 1 tbs of natty pb instead of 2, just seems like too much fat to me.

I just put on 5 lbs by reading that recipe..imagine if I actually tried it.

Geez - does lifting the glass qualify as a workout? Two handed, i would imagine.
 
For something quick, try two scoops of ATW's Vanilla protien mixed with a Kerns Nectar. I like using the apricot, peach, mango, and papaya flavors. I add a little bit of water to thin it out because it is sweet, and maybe a couple of ice cubes. Shake it up and drink. ;)
 
OK....I have a billion, but here's one of my favorite bed time snacks :D.

2 tbs natty PB
water or low carb choco milk
2 scoops chocolate protein
2 scoops BSL (soon to be ATW) choco flavoring
2 packets Splenda
1 TBS cocoa
1 scoop coffee creamer
3 tbs metamucil
1/2 cup fiber one
1 tsp AAKG (sometimes I add 1 tsp CM as well)
1 tsp MSM
1/2 cup oatmeal
1tsp vanilla
sprinkle of nutmeg
fill to the brim with ice in a Binford 2005 10HP blender and OH-oh-OH-oh OOOOHHHH. Be sure to drink it straight from the blender to maintain that manly image!!

That's because I mix it in my supplement lair...MUUUHHAHAHAHAHAAAA....OH....the fun I have in there!!! :cheers:
 
That shake should be called "Da Bomb"

Because between the fiber one and the metamucil... you will be droppin' "da bomb" in about 10 minutes....
