Recipes for protein/fruit homemade MRP smoothies?

Just looking for a place to find some recipes that I can make a homemade MRP out of...goals are fat loss, digestive health, energy, etc....

I have the protein powder..

Any help would be awesome, thanks!
 
What is there to it? you add fruite of choice, protein powder, water or milk in a blender and done.
 
For fat loss you really just have to keep the calories lower. So use skim milk instead of full milk etc.
