Received My RS Transaderm

So I got some Transaderm from Un*****ed Supplements, and it looked fine. However, I noticed that the bottle was not sealed and after letting it sit vertical, the cream slides down and the bottle only appears to be 60%-70% full. It appears that everything is okay and that the product is fine, but does anybody know if this is normal? Should I be concerned at all?
 
It's fine I've been using mine for 6 weeks and it's still a quarter full. I got mine from the same place as well.

Just like the forma from the same company the bottles aren't full but last forever.
