Rec, Prime, Powerfull & AP - Correct way to stack?

I've been reading different ways people have used these and i've been doing it differently as well, so I was hoping USP would comment...

Recreate on cardio days only

1 Powerfull with preworkout drink
1 Anabolic Pump + 1 Prime with recovery protein drink
1 Anabolic Pump + 1 Prime with post workout solid meal
1 Powerfull pre bed time

Workouts are 50 min m,w,f and cardio t,th, weekend rest.

10 week results are:
+ 1/4" arms
+ 2" chest
-2" waist
- 10 scale lbs
- 2% body fat.

I'm having a real hard time with the body fat meter. It is now reading higher but it's extremely obvious i'm leaner and have more muscle mass. I think I have to switch it to athlete mode but when I tried that it shows 20.7% and my last good reading on regular was 23.7% down from 25.7%. I still have love handles so i'm not sure if that's correct but I want to be at 15% max.

So is it ok the way I have been taking them? Are the quantaties too small? Should I be taking all of them together? What is the most efficient stack?
 
why have you been so low-dosing everything? and where did you hear of the idea to do so? you are woefully under-utilizing the products..
why RC only on cardio days?
what preWO drink are you taking PF with?
and are you saying you've gotten those results with that protocol over the last 10 weeks?
 
Bottle says 1 or 2 pills. So I chose 1.
Becuase cardio days are a calorie deficit and low carb
I was taking NOXplode but it tastes like rasberry ajax poison. I switched to BullNOX.
Workout days are 1 scoop Isoflex breakfast 1/2hr before workout then NOX on the way to and during the workout. Double scoop recovery with extra glutamine.
Yes those results are recent with with those dosages. I'm going on my 12th week now. If my Omitron is correct in athlete mode then i'm down to 20.7%. I still have the love handles to get rid of but my stomach has flattened out and my face is noticable skinny.
 
If you wanna drop body fat:

- 3-4 Recreate daily. 2 before on cardio days
-6 Prime daily
-AP is fine for only Pre and Post workout, but you NEED carbs with it.
-1 Powerful 3 times daily

I disagree with the PF suggestion... it should be 3 pre-workout and 2 pre-bed. Make sure you have no carbs for an hour either before or after PF. Also, I would definitely take AP 3 times a day and maybe go to two or one on cardio/low carb days. Even when I was still taking AP while cutting cals I did take it once a day and had continued results with just a pre-workout dose. There are very clear dosing instructions on the asteroid stack manual that you can get at usplabsdirect.com. Like Snagency said, you are underdosing everything and are missing out on results that are just a tweaks away.

FYI- That pre-workout you take will not allow you to dose PF with it being that it has 12g carbs per serving. If you take PF I would switch to Jack3d or something else you like that is carb free otherwise you are not getting the full benefits of PF.

PowerFULL is to be dosed 3 capsules pre-training, 2 capsules pre-bed.
Recreate is to be dosed 2 capsules before breakfast, 1 capsule in the afternoon.
Anabolic-Pump is to be dosed 1 capsule 15 minutes prior to up to 3 meals.

Wow, getting confusing. Thanks for the reply's though. I didn't even realize the BullNOX had carbs. I am carb sensative so I try to limit them. I've been trying to do oatmeal for breakfast but I can't figure out how to eat the goop, ack.

So can I do:
9am - Isoflex(25g)/water + 3 PF (1st wake up meal) + 2 Recreate
9:30 - Take BullNOX with me and drink at gym (9:45/10am)
11am - leave gym (60 min workout max) home in 15
12pm - recovery protein 50g smoothie + 1 AP & 2 Prime (or take on drive home beforehand?)
12:30-1pm - 1st solid meal of Buffalo or fish, brown rice & veggies +1 AP & 2 Prime
2:30 - 25g protein before I leave for work
5:30 - solid meal
8:30 - solid meal or meal replacement bar
11:30-12 isoflex 25g

I workout morning and work evenings. I don't take anything with me to work. I eat first thing when I wake up (usually protein but sometimes solid). So am I better off using PF & Rec on cardio days since I don't eat before hand 1st thing in the morning? Can PF, Rec & AP be taken just before meals or does it "have to" be on an empty stomach and wait 15 min? Oh thanks for the link, will read the manual thing now.

As most are aware, Im a big fan starting with low dosages and working up, so you have plenty of room to adjust things. Since your "low dosages" are working a little, I see no harm in upping things a little bit to see if things will start working even better. I wont get into any deep discussions about whom I agree or disagree with in terms of who has posted some tips for you, everybodys different, so what works for one, may not work for someone else, but I will simply give you my ideas:

1-2 recreate everyday (am hours) split dosage up not together
1-3 Ap before 3 carb containing meals(1 each meal)
6-7 prime with meals(600 mg) 5-6 days on/1-2off (800mg 4-5ed)
2-3 pf at bed


Regardless of whose ideas you try, please keep us posted on your progress.

AP seamed to be noticable with brown rice and squash.
Recreate, well I don't feel anything but I don't think i'm supposed to.

NoXplode really tasted like comet, ajax or alka seltzer and that fizzy pop blueberry candy. So I liked the ingredients alot better in the BullNOX. It adds Zinc/Magnesium stack and Citrullite (think that's it), BCAA's, etc but I didn't even notice it added carbs as well. I will start using it as a recovery drink only at take water to the gym. I'm out of PF right now but will update in about two weeks (end of 12th week).

Can someone tell me how to eat oatmeal without brown sugar? That stuff is just flavorless nasty goop. Otherwise I will have to stick with protein powder and water.

First off, get steel cut oats if possible. They're more work, but so much better tasting. Add to the oats, 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder, 2 packets of Splenda. I add frozen blueberries, fiber one cereal and walnuts to mine, but those are optional. Changing flavors of protein powder from time to time keeps it from getting too boring. ON had a pumpkin spice flavor that was great with oats.

Can I do this then:
9am - 25g protein/water (no carbs)
9:30 - 2PF + 2RC with water
11am - Post workout 50g protein + BullNOX (do I add AP+Prime here? or below?)
12am - solid meal of buffalo or cod, veggies, brown rice (can I take just at beginning of meal = 1AP + 2Prime)
Will AP effects be negated if no 15 min wait prior to meal?
2:30 - 50g protein/water + Bullnox
6:30 - solid meal but no pills since I don't take them to work.
9:30 - solid meal or Promax bar or similar (yeah I know it has sugar & crap).
12:30 - 25g protein/water + 2 PF

Carbs do not work for me!

I tried oatmeal+25g protein, glutamine, BCAA, etc & soy milk about 1hr before I left for the gym + 1AP & 2 Prime. Then I drank 1 scoop of Bullnox with water and took anotehr with me 1/2hr before workout. I did not stack with euphedra this time. I had no energy. My weights were down, my reps were down. I feel weak and fat.
 
How much oatmeal?

I didn't measure this time but it looked like 1/2 cup (before water). I used soy milk instead of water. I don't like cow milk but supposedly soy promotes estrogen. I'll just go back to water.

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 scoop (30g) Isoflex
5g glutamin & bcaa's

Forgot to add blueberrys. Normal routine was pop the PF, take the dog to wiz, make him breakfast then make 30g protein/water drink, kick it on the couch drinking. So maybe 15 min would go by sometimes. Depending on whats on cable a 1/2hr or 1hr later I would down some NoXplode (used to just pop jet fuel) then take another scoop with me. Today I used Bullnox 2 scoops and water (out of black tea). I was stacking with euphedra (green stinger) after my jet fuel ran out but decided not to use it today to feel the effects of the Bullnox. It seems to take a while where as NoXplode is pretty fast. I still have 3/4 tub of NoX and 3/4 of Bull, so I don't want to go by Jack3d right now.
