Then what you have read, is the same thing people are gonna post. Kinda repetitive if you ask me.2gcorey said:how about i have read up on them, and read about 3 or 4 threads, but that doesn't mean there isn't others who haven't had an active thread. I've read that it doesn't do crap and that it helped. i'm wondering what ratio the successful people are to the unsuccessful. guess i'm a loser for not using the search though
Not me, I like repeating myself...lol. Nah man, I get what you're sayin'. 2gcorey, I think there's a thread in the DS section that is called "RXT reference point thread" or something...some useful info there...BOHICA said:Also, lifted, people get tired of answering and filling in info that could be found by searching for the first time someone posted it.
What? Im confsued what you mean by the EFA's. Do you mean the inclusion of Flax Oil has really helped take a way Gyno?BOHICA said:Just my 2 cents, but if you are using it to bounce back from an oral, make sure you are banging home the EFA's it has been known to slaughter them.
He means your lipid profile after a cycle of methyls. Your cholesterol is gonna be all outta whack. If you're going to use RXT, which is an AI, he's suggesting that you get some EFAs to counter-balance them because AIs are harder on your cholesterol than a SERM like Nolva would be. It has nothing to do with the reduction of gyno. Nolva and RXT eliminate it quite well, it's just that there are mixed reactions to using either RXT or Nolva. Some prefer using one over the other and some use both, it's entirely up to you. One thing is certain though, you will want to get blood tests to see how everything is running pre, mid, and post-cycle. I would take a look at some posts by ryansm, Deoudes, and others about this topic.El_Matarife said:What? Im confsued what you mean by the EFA's.
