Reasonable Gains fro epi cycle?

i just finished an IBE epistane cycle with 20,30,40,40 and gained a total of 3kgs of mass but dropped from about 12%-10% bf
is this a reasonable amount of gains. my diet was moderate and tried to consume atleast 3000 calories a day of heathly food.
