5'6" 160 not sure of body fat percentage, but i don't think much by lookin at the photos anybody got a clue what bodyfat percentage might be what, like 8 percent maybe?

You've definitely made progress. Are you pissed or something? Wanna talk about it? someone take the scooper out of your protein shake? Try this......without using your hands, try making your lips spread apart so that you can see your teeth. Now, move the corners of your mouth in opposite directions so it makes even more teeth show. This is referred to as a smile :~)
 
looking good bro - all I'd say is maybe some SPF 45 and some weighted dips for your tries
 
lol yea i was in the sun alot those past months lol. Weighted dips, huh? aight i'll try em out. Are they for more mass or definition?
 
weighted dips will add some size to your tris for sure
After warm-ups I do: 3x8-12 w/ the last set to failure. Tris are a priority for me so they are the first thing I do - I'm not sure where they fall for you though.
 
looking solid, you'd probably really benefit from some pullups though, or maybe it's just the way you posed.

with your frame and hardness just a bit of meat under the armpits would make you look super yoked.

It's hard to see in the pics, but maybe work those traps a little harder. How are the wheels bro? Looking solid either way!
 
Looking lean. About 7-8%. Your arms need more size, you back, too. you don't show it from the back, but from the front your quite narrow in a front double bi.

Keep it up though, your getting there. Don't just focos on show muscle though(chest etc.)
 
yea i hear ya bout the chest. its always been my easiest and most sensitive part to train so it always grows easier than the rest. people always ask if i do anything extra or insane for chest and the answer is no, its just genetically easier to build for me. kinda annoying though cuz it makes it that much harder for other parts like arms and stuff to keep up with the growth of chest. anyways, thanks for the feedback keep it up should be hittin up a killer cycle at end of year so can't wait to report those progress pics in a few months
