im now 19 and finding out that a product i took at 17 (stackabol sold at a local nutrition zone) was actually a PH and an extremley dangerous one at that, as its a triple methyl which im sure you guys are aware of. i was sold it no questions asked when i was looking for something to help gain weight for lacrosse, so of course no pct was taken and i simply finished the bottle and kept on. I experienced sensitive nipples and a minor bump in one shortly after, not knowing what was happening i did nothing but it has since gone away and been gone. then later i began having sexual troubles, I've ran three test boosters since (pink magic, efc test charge and most recently p-6) over the course of 14 months id say, trying to re-amp my body from whatever that supplement did. i now feel fine and have had multiple blood work done and everything has been fine but heres my question.
i've been working out for 2.5 years now and randomly dropped 10lbs (nearly 180 a month ago and down to 165 today) over the course of a month, i was traveling but still working out and eating well but didn't have as much protein in my diet and much more cardio as a surfed for nearly 3 weeks straight.. is it simply lack of protein or something more, what are my options to get my body back on track? ive felt as if my muscle growth has been stunted for awhile now but i also dont have the best genes (both parents and their siblings were sticks, younger brothers a stick, etc ) but i grew up bigger. I eat 3 meals a day with 2 shakes as well as just starting size on.
please dont tell me how stupid i am, i now know and that is why im here.
