so the crust is made of chicken and parmesan cheese, hence the low carbs. Does it taste like a pizza? Sort of....it really tastes like the skinniest chicken cutlet you've ever had covered in pizza toppings.
If you're looking for something that tastes like a takeout pizza and is healthy - good luck! If you want to fill your pizza fix with a healthy "pizza like" meal, these are great.
The small pizzas (individual) are around $5-6, but they are REAL small (maybe 5 inches diameter). Taste great, having one in a pinch with a little something on the side is great.
They sell large ones (2X serving, 10 inch) for around $8.
Anyways, I do recommend them. I keep a few in the freezer for rainy days where I don't have much to eat or don't feel like cleaning pans from cooking.
They just came out with breakfast pizza versions, but I have yet to try them. I don't think they will hit stores for a few weeks at least...
