This is rediculous really!
I placed an order for two kits of Oratropin more than a month ago. I received only one. I've waited for two weeks and sent an e-mail. No response. I called. No one answering. One day I caught someone and they claimed it is backordered and will be sent to me in a week.
I received nothing. My e-mails do not go through because the address does not exist. No one answering the phone.
This is unbelivable! I through $280 in a garbage. I did not feel anything from the first kit. I am waiting for the second one for what? As I can understand the bare minimum is two kits over 4 weeks period to get some results. I just want my money back! And guess what? Their website does not work anymore!!!

How do these people even find this board to complain about sponsors in the first place?

Obviously Admin would know better than I, but it seems like current members are using Pseudonyms to gripe about sponsors sometimes.

I am not trying to be nasty here. I am just pissed off.

wouldn't surprise me, I don't see how they think it will get them anywhere. Their threads are always closed and they sometimes end up banned, that does a whole lot of good.

That is obvius by reading your first post but it doesn't justify your action. IBE has forums. I tried to log onto them today too. It seems they are down. Just wait. Someone over there will help you. As you might realize people here hope everything gets straightened out but honestly don't want to here about it because you are doing it in the wrong place.

Their forums are the best way to go. You will not get anywhere here I can promise you that. When their forums open back up find their customer service area and ask for help there.

I agree..I had a minor problem with my shipment and I was able to call them on the phone and get it rectified in minutes.

Posting here is not going to get your issue addressed any quicker.
