Ok good to hear. I've been getting mixed reviews on dosage, so good to hear from someone to suggest a dose. It's 25mg per tab so I'll take 1 tab ed

I was getting ready to say this. I've run dosages from 15-25 and honestly felt better and saw more results around the 20mg ED mark. At 25mg ED I started feeling lethargy after about 2 weeks. Instead of running 50mg for 4 weeks, go for 25mg/8 weeks. You'll have a much better time!

And yeah, 23.8 hour half life so you can just dose the osta once a day. BTW, I'm 6'1" 225lbs using that dosage.
