I'm hoping I can get some good advice here. I've searched the forums and just can't seem to find the answer I am looking for. I have 4:1 extract arriving this week and want to know what the most effective dosage would be? I was going to with 4g a day split up between two doses. Primeval has their RCE dosed 500mg 4-8 caps a day, but I'm not sure the extract ratio. Thanks for any advice
