Raw meat question

Might sound stupid but I don’t like cooking, don’t know these fancy recipes and it’s time consuming and I’m struggling to get enough meat in, I’ve only tasted a little bit of meat raw and I think it tastes better than cooked, so just wondering if anyone has any experience in this? Best meat to eat? Will I absorb all the nutrients the same? Etc etc, not talking about eating raw chicken or something I was thinking more down the lines of mince, as long as I can eat a tub of mince or something while still absorbing all the protein and not getting sick I’m happy to give it a go

Dont do that. Your going to get sick, you can digest raw meat but not very efficient unless you grew up in a culture like the Inuit (eskimos) you can buy pre cooked meat, you can drink shakes, eat greek yogurt or cottage cheese. You can drink the boxed liquid egg whites. You can also microwave or steam cook meat, its kinda gross but its fast and easy and anyone can do it 🤮

My boy microwaves or boils his chicken for meal prep.

To boil you drop the breasts in a pot, fill it with water, boil and let it cool

You realize you don't have to eat meat for protein right? If you don't have the time to cook then you'll need to figure out other options or learn to make time for it.

You don't have to do "fancy" recipes either, when I cook stuff it really doesn't take much time and isn't complicated.

Ya look at Wesley Vissers. I follow him on IG and swear half of his diet is whey, rice powder and dried egg whites. Upwards of 200gs in powdered protein a day.

Well, you have sushi as an option. Maybe beef tartare. Could drink some egg yolks.

But why?
