Well this is gonna be my progress thread as I begin to make a strong push to get the muscular body I have been wanting. I'm currently 6' and 265lbs and maybe around mid to upper 20s body fat % wise. My goals are to get some muscle definition not interested in being super shredded as I've always been a big dude I think I'd look better with a bigger muscular physique. I'd love to retain all of the strength gainz I've had in the last 17 months of serious training but I'm prepared to lose some lbs to my lifts which are currently 365 bench, 365 squat, and a 460 dead. So I took some pics and tomorrow that I'm off work I'll take some measurements. I hate shirtless pics of me but oh well I'll use it as extra motivation to work hard and well we all start somewhere right??.
