Personally, 1-test kick my but with mad lethargy. I usually need a 1:1 ratio just to stay awake at work. Anywhere between 1.5:1 and 2:1 (4Ad/1-Test) works much better for me.

For zero lethargy I'd say at least 3:2 on the 4AD:1test. For the best cutting though I'd go with 1:2 ratio of 1-test to 4AD and find some way to deal with the lethargy in the name of optimal results.
