Training:
Warm up: Hammer Strength lat pull down 2 sets of a caddy & quarter each arm for 10 reps.

Bent-over Barbell Rows:
(Pronated grip, spine in neutral position, head slightly tilted up, feet @ shoulder width, & hands/arms just outside the knee as if benching.)
185lbs x 4 (2 sets)
205 x 4 (2 sets)
Then I did 155 x 8 & 135 x 10.
Wanted to make sure the form was good.

Wide Grip Seated Lat Pull-Down:
120lbs x 10
150lbs x 5 (the 5th rep was a partial)
150lbs x 6 (the 6th rep was a partial)
165 x 4 (form was a bit shaky)

Shrugs:
Don't do these often so I was a bit lost as to what weight to start with & I had no straps.
90 x 4
80 x 6
75 x 8
75 x 8
^ I'll have a better focus on these next time & will try and remember my straps.

Repped out on the same hammer strength with a caddy for 20 reps when I was done.
Tried to hit the stairmaster for cardio I couldn't. Looking fuller, leaner, & vascular.

Diet:
Only thing down so far is breakfast @ 334 cals, 26g/44g/6g (P/C/F)
Pre w/o was a gyro on pita bread w/lettuce, tomatoes, & onions & a scoop of ConDense about an hour after.

Notes:
The fullness continues, & for some reason I didnt sleep well last night. I am noticing I am a slight more irritable. Vascularity is still there. Randoja, this stuff taste like a mint mouthwash, I usually use it after I eat. :D
-> Another huge factor I am noticing are my calfs are hella sore (DOMS), as well as my quads & hams being stiff. My chest is sore a tad & bis were a bit sore when "stretched".

All in all felt good & productive. I was still sweating when done. I was in & out of the gym in 45 minutes, oh yeah. My rest periods between sets was about a minute, maybe a tad longer. I'll shoot for maybe 2 minutes or a tad under that next time to see if I can up the weights a bit or get another rep or 2.

Form was a main factor. Could def probably lower the weight by 10-20lbs but I wanted to try and stay heavy for me anyways but paid upmost attention in regards to the proper form.

Still plan on using DTP @ times though, as I enjoyed it for legs. I never like to stay stagnant.

I might try DTP protocol for my upcoming log. Had some issues and been busy these last few weeks and I need something to supercharge me and make hitting the gym fun again.

Yeah DTP has it's pros and cons. The only weird work out was chest & back which I attempted but I was having an off day that day. I'm still going to incorporate it. I spoke with AB, & since he had a PL coach he suggested I train heavy & hit singles (1 reps @ max weight or damn near) as I never trained this way I'm going to give that a go & incorporate DTP. Leave no stone unturned, as least that's what I'm thinking.

--> Oh & the scale is moving in the right direction. The last time I was around 186/187 was this past summer (5 months ago) when I was practicing my swimming for my patrolman test. :D

Looks good ... And not to bring up good/bad how did that patrolman test go?

Just found this! Didn't know you were logging anything! Went through all 14 pages. I knew you are a beast Aaron. Those incline presses and 300 reps on legs are insane!
How come you are cutting now that is winter? I thought I was the only crazy one to cut during winter.

I usually always started with incline for months over flat so maybe thats why & I had "fun" w/the 300 reps. :D

Hey. Well opportunity presented itself so I took it. I've been on a consistent "bulk" since the start of this year. Plan to try and drop the fat this summer, but I was tied up testing and all & lifting was on the back burner. Now that most of that is out the way I'm back in search of a more beach friendly physique.
Thx for viewing the log in it's entirety too, some days are good days some are bad; I tell the truth and all a person can do is respect me for it. :)

It could've been. Today was my 1st low rep heavier session... So we will see.
You got some 17 on order?

Numbers are looking great bro. On the days that fluctuate or you don't feel as on in the gym, are you doing anything differently as far as pre-wo nutrition?

Yeah - I've noticed I respond best to changing it up - heavy & low reps some days, work in some lighter high rep days

Been logging Fahrenheit's Volatile, and finishing an unsponsored HyperT2 & Revamp - working on a little pre-holiday cut :)

Finaflex 1-andro. Just something mild. I'm a small guy in general so no reason for me to go crazy and from what I understand its pretty mild. PCT should be fairly easy but don't take that as letting my guard down or taking it for granted.

They are coming out with something new, 1-Alpha I recall.

Why not check of the PH-17/19 since your following... Under $40 & free keto spray. :)
 
I have read some about it. I'm just going to stick with the stuff I have right now to run my cycle. I think the only other thing I might add is formasurge to try and it out.
 
The lethargy can be tough with 1-Andro so be prepared for that. Stims will be your friend.
 
What would you find is the best thing for it? I've also never been able to gain weight through eating only lifting. My metabolism is really fast in my family. Well guess I need to hit the sack and get up for work in the morning.
