I"m going to get back in the gym after a two months of not being consistent, i.e only going maybe 2-3 days per week on average due to travelling. Diet plan is nearly there, but want to add some supps to help put on a little bit of size, but also reduce some body fat.
I'm going to do a PPLegs routine, and start doing more cardio. I was eating like crap for a while, and am back on the train.
What do you think of this stack?
Also, should I add a belly fat reducer (not a fat burner) or cortisol control supp like Reduce XT?
Do you foresee any side effects with this stack?
I also have a bottle of X-gels, but read that it's inflammatory? What does that mean?
