Multi / Bcomplex / Magnesium / Vit E *Soon Some sesamin oil :)


Meal 1 BreaKfast
2 Tbsp canola oil
5 Whole eggs
2 Pieces of whole grain Bread
3 Flax oils

meal 2
Protein shake (On Whey Strawberry)

Meal 3 Lunch
1 can of tuna
and fruit
1 cup of oatmeal with honey


meal 4 Dinner
Chicken ceasar salad (2 breasts)
and veggies
3 flax oils

meal 5
protein shake (ON strawberry) w/ 1 tbsp of pb
and fruit
3 flax oils

Any changes? I'm going straight for lean cutting.
 
lean cut?

meal one: change whole eggs to 5 whites 2 whole
meal 2: add fruit
meal 3: add some tuna, up to 9 oz total, take away fruit. go for whole grain rice or medium size russet potato with nothing on it
meal 4: protein shake and 2 tbsp natty pb
meal 5: see your meal 4 (the salad)
meal 6: 6 oz of lean meat and 1 cup of veggies

supplement with vitamins, extra vit e and c, and oils of course. if you get hungry, grab a handful of almonds.
add some bcaa's if ur protein mix doesnt have it. i'd also suggest some casein right before bed.

Agree completely. As time goes on, start replacing the complex carbs with just fibrous carbs.
 
Sounds good, i got some aminos a couple days ago 8.00/a tub cant go wrong with that which ill be adding in 2x a day also. Get jacked or go home :)
 
Added Mushrooms Whole grain Oatmeal, and Cinnamon to the mix all due to the fact they all have High amounts of Fiber :)
