Hey,
6'0 tall, 212lbs heavy. Bf round about 14%. Looking for a recomposition, dropping weight to approx. 200lbs while at least holding my lean mass (or even improve it).
Bench 300lbs
Deadlift 475lbs
Sqaut 330lbs
Want to be in shape in round about 1 month. Will run a proper diet and a well rounded workout routine, ofc.
1. VPX Meltdown (is there any better stim fatburner out there?)
2. Dynamitize GAPA (improving sleep quality and some other benefits)
3. Glycobol (A Natural Insulinomimetric That Stimulates Glycogenesis)
4. San T-2 extreme
5. Lean Extreme
1+4+5 should all work on different pathways.
In addition to that I will definitely run the basics like Whey, Casein, Creatin and BCAAs. Might be adding some fish oil, but most of it will be burned first.
I take in consideration a booster like Craze or adding just Coffeine, but not sure if thats a good choice together with Meltdown.
