I've bought raw powders so I can adjust dosages by myself..

Currently my PWO is:
5g creatine monohydrate
4g beta alanine
3g acetyl l carnitine
1 espresso coffee - optional

What you think?
 
Only thing i would add is either citrulline or agmatine- other than that it looks good ��

I would add in both of these. Maybe a gram of agmatine and 6-8g L-citrulline would be good.
 
Overall pre mix looks pretty good. I like adding citrulline or citrulline malate to my pre's as well as betaine (easier to take it then, than have to remember later in the day). I get good focus from 1-1.5g ALCAR, so you could potentially lower that dose.

Other goods add-ins for focus could be: Alpha GPC, Choline CDP, Choline Bitartrate, and L-Tyrosine or N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine.
 
looks like itll taste sour due to alcar. Other than that why take 4g BA at once?
 
Ehh....


Creatine is better post workout and in the absence of caffeine...not that it will make a BIG difference.

BA is a weak ingredient imo and is good really only if you like the tingles. Also no real acute effect other than the tingles as it needs to build up in the system first (saturate).

The expresso is good. Could also be subd for 200mg caffeine.

ALCAR is a solid add in.

If you don't want a pump L-Cit, Agmatine, KNO3 and the like are not mandatory, but they all have been proven to increase endurance and work capacity to an extent.
 
I might go addin citrulline malate just for a bit of pump.. and yea it taste sour cause to alcar

Be advised that Cit Malate is SUPER sour/tangy. I love adding it to pre workouts cause I don't like things super sweet and prefer the tang.
 
Looks good but the suggestions above are also spot on. Adding in Citrulline or agmatine would def give you a nice pump
 
Any suggestions to mask the taste of alcar? Right now I'm blending it with flavored creatine (watermelon) which makes it a bit better but still not great

I'd drop BA to 2-3G, ALCAR is plenty at 1.5-2g, and the espresso coffee shot it depends on how it's brewed.

Add in CitMal, Betaine and I'd say you'd be solid. Maybe Agmatine if you wanted a better pump among other benefits

What different ways making espresso you thinking of?
 
Go with 6-8g to yield 3-4g of citrulline

Also a reminder that Cit Malate is very sour/tangy. Not a bad sour, but rather like a lemon is sour. So whatever you are mixing it in will be tangy. It works really well with any berry or lemon/lime flavoring.

I have cherry limeade creatine.. Must work.
So ahould I go with 4 or 8gr? Haven't got that
 
expresso doesn't have much caffeine, probably around 60mg...most people assume that dark roast is stronger because of the taste while in reality it goes the opposite way...

Regarding taste.. Is it worst than alcar?

It doesn't taste bad like ALCAR. It's sour in the way that a lemon is sour. More like a strong tangy taste.
