2nd week - 30mg, Cycle Support
3rd week - 30mg, Life Support, Cycle Support
4th week - 40mg, Life Support, Cycle Support

Post Cycle-
Weeks 5-8
Sustain Alpha
Post Cycle Support

I cant give you a conclusive answer, im not a chemist.

Theres people that shoot a G of test a week with McDonalds as PCT and walk away unscathed....but i would rather be safe than sorry.

basically cycle support in pill form.
has less ingredients than CS but both are usually recommended so i'm going to run it the last 2 weeks of cycle and first week of pct.
