Just want onest opinions guys?? Been training for about 7 months almost. Lower back lagging but I'm working on it, still new to the game
 
looks like a solid start brother, what is your training rotation as far as back exercises?
 
I'm on a push pull leg program atm, so doing back twice a week, one day will be a pull day and the other will be a row day
 
not too shabby for seven months :)
