Raspberry Ketones dosage

So I ordered some SNS Paradoxine from DPS and got the two bottle special + free RK.

Last time I researched RK, I believe the dosage I found recommended per dose was about "1000mg +- 200mg" to get some actual benefit.

Does this sound correct? Would be dosing twice daily with each fat burner dose spread about 4 hours.

The RK pills are 125mg, would have to do about 9~ pills each time lol.
 
For their RK-500 extreme product, they recommend 500-1500mg/day. I feel like I remember people dosing before fatty meals
 
I agree with the above comments. I've tried it as well before and didn't see much results.
