i was wondering if theres any

None. You're 10000x better off reading than watching most of these random guys make youtube videos out of their basements. I'm sure there are some legit ones, but overall that's just how I feel.

He has a new YouTube. Dr Tony Huge.

Honestly bro I really like Dave Palumbo and feel he tells it how it is and is very knowledgeable about the chemical side of bodybuilding. Tony huge is just a little much.. I mean why would you go from being a successful lawyer.. to dabbling around with illegal substances? Just seems very risky and extreme for someone of that success to get into that lifestyle I dunno

I'd rather look for someone who is a chemist in this field. If Patrick Arnold had a youtube page then that would be your best bet. But when it comes to broscience... eh..

Yes, I would definitely recommend getting AAS advice via a medium which allows virtually no counter-views and opinions.

YouTube advice is the reason so many ppl think they know what there doing when they know nothing, do yourself a favor and stop taking advice from youtubers

It won't pull up when I click the link, he normally look about 180, did he get bigger?

He's not that big.. he's just shredded. And, I just assume many of his pics are taken with a pump. So yeah, you can get that big without AAS.

Yeah absolutely true, entirely possible to achieve his physique without gear.

Whether he uses AAS to maintain or achieve it, who knows. We all here know the simple act of merely taking gear wont itself make you 250lb @ 12%. Cos we all know there is lots of kinds of gear, lots of doses, and then kcal intake. Right guize?

To get that ripped takes a hell of a lot of commitment, the kind of commitment most normal people can’t give as they have wife, kids, jobs, family to provide for and look after... if you can balance that kind of life with the level of commitment that’s needed for that physique then you deserve a medal. This is where aas come into play. results come in a lot easier and faster, why do a 1 year plan when you can get the same or better results in 4 months of just test e @500 pw.

That's true... we also have to take genetics into consideration as well. But regardless, it takes a lot of work and discipline to get and stay there.

You don't need gear to look like that, smh

At 42 years old? I could write a lot more but instead I’m just going to say..jeff is 1000 percent NOT natural. I find it hilarious that people think anyone under 200 lbs is natural. I’ve seen shredded guys on gear who are 130 lbs. jeff has paper thin skin, tons of vascularity and dense full muscles and he’s in his mid forties.
