Random cramps on PH?

When I ran PMag earlier in the year, I'd get random muscle cramps, mostly in my neck, sometimes my back if I twisted wrong. I'm just starting epi now, and the cramps are coming back. They're not "pumps" per se. The cramps are more of a nuisance than anything, however if they happen in a lift, I could get hurt.

I drink over a gallon of water daily (piss always clear except after morning coffee (16oz) and I drink juice (8oz) in the am with my pills and creatine. My salt is over recommended daily, but only by a little. I do drink a lot of milk (18oz+ / day), could that be the issue?

Currently doing recomp. 2800 cals / day 50/30/20
Did 1.5 week of halotest to finish old bottle running right into rpn havoc. today 20, tomorrow dosing 30. Will run at 30 until gains/fatloss stop.
Doing Bill Starr 5x5 Intermediate for 2nd time this year (on week 4 of program).
Height 6' Weight 193lbs

This is my 2nd cycle.

Question. How to fight the random cramps? Taurine (6g/day) doesn't really seem to help. Thanks in advance for your help.

Could it be the dreaded "crea-cramp"? A bit of cramping from the creatine combined with whatever else you have going on?

Bananas always help me; I eat two after most of my leg workouts because my calves like to f*** with me afterwards

Taurine 5-10 grams a day and a few bananas... Your water intake is way too low as well. 1 gallon is not enough, try two as a starting point.

I'd stop the creatine and keep with the taurine. Creatine gave me unbelievable cramps on my last cycle.

Thanks for the responses guys. I never cramp on creatine otherwise and have been taking it daily for about 2 years. Maybe the cycle is pushing the creatine over the top? I'd hate to lose the extra strength creatine gives, but if that's the problem I'll have to decide extra 1-2 reps + cramps vs no cramps.

I've heard that bananas are good for cramps, but I used to work at Smoothie King in high school and I'm permanently scarred and now find them utterly revolting (peeled way too many over-ripe/rotten ones). Is there an alternative to bananas?a
