Is it a good idea to combine the two for gyno?
Raloxifene and Tamoxifen

Only if one seems to be fake. Raloxifene is superior to Nolva for estrogen-related gyno control, but I have found disappointing Ralox before - I have never had bunk Nolva, so I always keep that on hand just in case. Exemestane (aromasin) is preferred with either to help get estrogen under control.
If you are getting gyno from a 19-nor, you will need to lower your prolactin.
