Raising HDL

Currently on 150mg of test cyp weekly. Pin 3x per week. Got my lab results back today and HDL is 34 while LDL is 48. Total cholesterol is 95.

For reference I’m 177 lbs and probably around 11-12 BF.

My diet is pretty clean overall. I just went ahead and ordered some CL oximega fish oil to incorporate. I was thinking of doing a shot of olive oil each morning to help out. Also, doing a little more cardio as I hardly do cardio.

Does anyone have any other suggestions as far as natural supplements to help raise HDL?

It's my understanding that men need more dha than women. What I've read is the dosage of dha daily should be 2g+ for men and taken with other fats for higher bioavailability. I started taking an omega 3 supplement that has 2g dha/serving about 4 months ago and it has so far raised my hdl 8 points.

Which omega supplement are you using?

Your total ratio is under 3 (total/HDL), which is great...all your numbers are stupid low.

Your ldl-hdl ratio is well under 2, which is great.

Assuming your TG are low as well.

Not sure why the worry aside from going off some mythical "HDL must be here" recommendation.

I think more concerned of total cholesterol being 95. From my understanding have that low total is just as bad as having high cholesterol.
