Raised liver ALT levels - Help

Hey guys,

So had some bloods done last week - about 4 weeks post PCT after Methyl C cycle.

was doing 15mg of Ostarine and 300mg of Andro at the time of the bloods so that may contribute.

But anyway everything come back fine but my ALT which should be from 6-35, has come back at 200.

Anybody familiar with this??

The ALT test measures the amount of the enzyme alanine aminotransferase in the blood. A higher than normal level could signal liver disease or damage. There are a number of things noted that can effect the test results including medications and supplements as well as strenuous exercise. I am not a medical professional, but if it were me I would re-test clean minus the Ost and Andro in a rested state (on a day you didn't workout the day of or day before the test).

Webmd has a fairly decent write up on the ALT test, but I cannot post links since I am still a newbie here.

Rest for ~3 days before you get blood work, next time.

Am running NAC, LIV 52 and TUDCA now.

Hopefully should return to normal soon
